Miromar Lakes Master Association

All residents of Miromar Lakes pay a “Master Association” membership on a quarterly basis. For 2014 in Miromar Lakes, that amount is $1,450 per quarter regardless of where the home is located. The CDD is included in the homeowner’s annual tax bill. In Miromar, the single family homes’ CDD ranges from $1,334.40 to $2,958.23 depending on when the subdivision was developed. The villas’ CDD ranges from $1,169.29 to $2,281.90. Finally, all present multi-family subdivisions’ CDD is $1,004.18 per year.
