Miromar Lakes has several subdivisions and the homeowner’s association fees (HOA fees) vary substantially depending on where the home or condo is located.
Miromar Lakes Master Association
All residents of Miromar Lakes pay a “Master Association” membership on a quarterly basis. For 2014 in Miromar Lakes, that amount is $1,450 per quarter regardless of where the home is located. The master HOA covers costs for the common area and amenity maintenance, Beach Club operations and maintenance, privacy control, community patrols, cable, internet, home security monitoring, association management and administration.

Community Development District
Miromar Lakes is a Community Development District (CDD). In a nutshell, CDD’s provide a conduit for the financing and management of new communities. The CDD is included in the homeowner’s annual tax bill. In Miromar, the single family homes’ CDD ranges from $1,334.40 to $2,958.23 depending on when the subdivision was developed. The villas’ CDD ranges from $1,169.29 to $2,281.90. Finally, all present multi-family subdivisions’ CDD is $1,004.18 per year.
