What are the Master HOA fees in The Colony?
There is the 2014 Annual Maintenance fee for all homeowners in The Colony, which is $758 per year. There is also an Annual Bay Club Member Fee which is $1,278 for 2014
Sub-Community HOAs
There are several sub-communities within The Colony. For condos, the HOA fees range from just over $1000 to nearly $4000 per quarter. Equity Golf Membership: $75,000 initiation fee; $12,250 annual dues
*Full privileges to tennis, fitness, spa, pool, dining & social activities, and golf. May reserve tee times seven days in advance.
Equity Sports Membership: $10,000 initiation fee; $3,900 annual dues
*Full privileges to tennis, fitness, spa, pool, dining & social activities. May golf up to six times per year from November-April at Member-Guest rate. May play unlimited golf from May-October at Reciprocal rate.
