Josh Strong is a New York-born photographer, cinematographer, marketer, and lifelong creative with more than 15 years of experience turning ideas into imagery, stories, and experiences that connect with people.

As the Creative Marketing Director at Orchid Realty International, Josh brings together his background in professional photography, cinematic video production, branding, and digital marketing to showcase properties, agents, and the Orchid brand in a way that feels intentional, elevated, and distinctly modern. From capturing the details that make a home memorable to developing creative campaigns and social content, he approaches every project with a storyteller’s eye and a passion for creating work that stands out.

Long before joining Orchid, Josh built his career behind the camera as the owner of his own photography and cinematography business, photographing and filming people, places, and some of life’s most meaningful moments. That experience shaped his belief that the best content does more than simply look beautiful—it should make you feel something.

At his core, Josh is a creative. Whether he’s behind a camera, developing a new concept, editing a film, designing something from scratch, or finding a new way to tell a story, he’s happiest & most inspired when he’s making something. That creativity follows him outside of work as well, where his longtime love of Star Wars, prop making, film, design, and storytelling continues to fuel his imagination.

Outside of work, Josh is a husband and proud dad. He shares life with his beautiful wife & best friend Trish, and their two daughters, Addy and Ayla, who remain his greatest inspiration and favorite adventure.
