The Boat House at Cape Harbour offers storage for vessels up to 35’ and 18,000 pounds. There are also deep-water wet slips for the larger vessels. Members of the Boat House enjoy a lovely swimming pool, tennis court, laundry facilities, fuel, pump out station, and nearby shopping and dining.

Depending on where your home is located within Cape Harbour, you may have a deepwater dock right in your backyard, such as those homes in Harbour Pointe and Harbour Preserve.

There are several companies located within the community offering boat and yacht sales and services for a variety of budgets and boating dreams! You can also rent boats from a half day up to one month.

The Clubhouse

Cape Harbour residents enjoy exclusive access to The Clubhouse. This includes a fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, kitchen, pool, and locker rooms. The residents have a social committee responsible for several events throughout the year at The Clubhouse. In addition residents can rent it out for private parties.
